Corporate Social Responsibility"It's all about quality of life and finding a happy balance between work and friends and family". (Philip Green).
QTCo’s approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) underpins their commitment to Quality, Value, Service, Innovation and Trust. It allows them to manage their operations responsibly, identify risks and make the most of opportunities to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
This helps QTCo attract clients, recruit and retain the best people, form better partnerships with their suppliers and create greater value for their shareholders.
The QTCo policy gives a comprehensive view of their CSR activities across their operations to build a sense of trust in the people they depend on as a Company. It demonstrates the degree of care they take in sourcing their products, whether it be apparel or premiums, the support they give their employees and what they are doing to reduce their impact on the environment.
QTCo is a member of Sedex, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange. Sedex provides member companies with a secure web-based platform for storing and sharing information on four key pillars: Health and Safety, Labour Standards, Business Ethics and The Environment.
